“I don’t know much about graphic design, so it doesn’t really matter what our brochure looks like.”

“Does anybody really use that Twitter thing?”

Reductio ad absurdum: “I read Sports Illustrated, so let’s advertise our feminine hygiene products there.”

Get your ego out of your marketing.  Where you get information doesn’t matter.  Where do your customers get information?
